UDHAMPUR, Jan 31: To encourage quality investigation and timely disposal of cases, the best Investigating Officers (IOs) of District Udhampur were felicitated during a function held at the District Police Office, Udhampur today.
The officers were honoured by DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range Sarah Rizvi, along with SSP Udhampur Amod Nagpure, in the presence of Additional SP Udhampur Sandeep Bhat and IPS (Probationer) Abhijeet Sirohi.
The officers who received appreciation for their work included PSI Yogeshwar Manhotra, ASI Abdul Rashid, Head Constable Ved Prakash, Head Constable Parkash Singh and Head Constable Pawan Singh.
The Investigating Officers were recognized for maintaining high standards of investigation, ensuring timely completion of cases and contributing effectively to professional policing.
While congratulating the officers, the DIG Sarah Rizvi appreciated their dedication and professionalism.
She also urged all police personnel to continue working with commitment, integrity and a sense of public service to strengthen policing in the district.
