SRINAGAR, July 11: Directorate of Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) has issued a strict directive to all Chief Medical Officers, Medical Superintendents and Block Medical Officers, warning against the unauthorized deviation of employees from their designated duties.
According to the circular, it has been observed that certain employees in various health institutions are being allowed to perform tasks outside their official roles, reflecting poor administrative oversight. DHSK has made it clear that such practices are unacceptable and will invite disciplinary action not only against the concerned employees but also the responsible administrators.
“All employees must adhere strictly to their assigned duties as per their official designations. Any deviation without prior approval of the competent authority will be viewed seriously,” the circular stated.
