SAMBA, Dec 24: District Special Branch sleuths arrested a dhaba owner along with 3.200 kilograms of poppy straw, a police official said.
The arrested person has been identified as Yashpal, son of Dina Nath of Patyari, tehsil Bishnah.
The accused has been handed over to Supwal police for further action warranted under law.
