JAMMU, Oct 17: Des Raj Bhagat, Additional Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty with Javid Ahmad Dar, Minister, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to an order in this regard, issued by the General Administration Department, Des Raj Bhagat has been transferred and posted as OSD with Javid Ahmad Dar, with immediate effect.
