JAMMU, Aug 26: A deputation of Sangram Sena met Chandan Kolhi, SSP, Jammu and apprised him of the ‘Gattu’ thread (nylon thread) which is sold in market openly although being baned by the administration.
The deputation under the leadership of R K Raina further apprised the SSP that number of fatal cases have increased in the recent past. Kolhi assured the deputation that strict action will be initiated against people selling Gattu thread.
