KATHUA, Aug 31: A deputation from Jhandi village in Hiranagar met the Executive Engineer R&B Kathua and apprised him of damage caused by recent rains to road connecting Jhandi shrine.
The deputation demanded to construct a ‘ring road’ in this border belt which can connect Jhandi shrine from all sides as the present road is badly damaged due to recent rains. They alleged that this road has not been repaired since long. They demanded that this road should be repaired without any delay.
Vishavjeet Singh (ex-Sarpanch), Subash Sharma, Kuldeep Singh Padwal and Madan Lal also accompanied the deputation.
