JAMMU, Feb 14 : Indian Dental Association (IDA), Jammu branch, today organised a dental check up programme at Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust in association with Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS), Sehora.
Masud A Choudhary, founding Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri was the chief guest while Prem Singh Chib, personnel officer, Directorate of Education,Jammu was guest of honour at this occasion.
This camp was organised under the umbrella of “National Oral Health Programme” in which more than 500 students of K.B.Public School, Jammu, undergone the oral health check up and were made aware of the basic oral hygiene and methods to maintain it. Free samples of Toothbrushes and toothpastes were distributed among the students. Various brushing methods were demonstrated to the students by Dr.Sarang Khajuria, MDS Oral Medicine at IDS and Convenor CDH of Indian Dental Association.
