NEW DELHI, Jan 31: The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has relieved 5 IAS officers, who were transferred earlier on January 4 by the Ministry of Home Affairs, to enable them join new places of postings in different Union Territories.

Among them are two IAS officers-Anjali Sehrawat and Kumar Abhishek-who will join their new places of postings in Jammu and Kashmir.
While the 2013 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer Anjali Sehrawat was holding the rank of Director (Higher Education) & Director (TTE) in Delhi, Kumar Abhishek, the 2016 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer was Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate (Outer North).
All the officers have been relieved with effect from January 31, 2026.
