SRINAGAR, Dec 22: A number of public and individual delegations called on the party’s women’s wing president and MLA Habbakadal, Shameema Firdous and the party’s provincial vice president and MLA Hazratbal Salman Ali Sagar, here today.
The delegations represented various areas and sections of society and raised important public issues affecting their day-to-day lives.
During the interactions, the delegations highlighted concerns related to civic amenities, development works, public welfare schemes, employment, education, healthcare and basic infrastructure.
They also brought to the notice of the leadership issues concerning roads, water supply, electricity, sanitation and other pressing local problems, seeking timely intervention and effective redressal.
Both the MLAs listened patiently to the grievances and assured the delegations that their concerns would be taken up with the relevant authorities on priority.
They reiterated the party’s commitment to addressing grassroots issues and ensuring that the voices of the people are heard at every level.
MLA Shameema Firdous stressed the importance of inclusive development and welfare-oriented policies, particularly focusing on women, youth and marginalized sections of society.
MLA Salman Ali Sagar reaffirmed that the party would continue to work tirelessly for the overall development of the region and the well-being of its people.
