JAMMU, June 18: A delegation of All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers’ Forum called on Director School Education Jammu Yasha Mudgal under the leadership of its President Kiranjeet Kour.
The Forum had a brief discussion with the Director and apprised her that All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers’ Forum is the only representative body of the whole cadre right from Incharge lecturers to Joint Director. Director School Education gave a patient hearing to the delegation. Kiranjeet Kour apprised that Forum on one hand works for the welfare of the cadre and projects their demands from time to time and on the other hand works in unison with the Education Department for achieving of academic excellence.
The delegation advocated the cause of release of salaries of all incumbents of cadre viz; HoDs, Field Advisiors, Principals and lecturers which have not been drawn for one or other reasons. The Director assured the delegation that she would definitely release the pending salaries of all concerned. She also suggested to give more representation to the females in the organization.
Prominent among others who accompanied the delegation were Dr. Sushma, RS Slathia, Anil Sharma, Sanjay Bhagat, Charan Dass, Narinder Sharma, Pardeep Singh, Jyoti Parkash, Deepak Sharma and Jyoti Sawroop.
