JAMMU, Aug 29: The Railways Police and civil administration have established a dedicated Help Desk at Railway Station Jammu to help the stranded passengers requiring any kind of assistance.
“In quick response to unprecedented emergency situation arising out of heavy rains, devastating floods and disrupted trains schedule, a dedicated help desk has been established at Railway Station Jammu,” SSP Railways Jammu Shailendra Singh said.
The Help Desk is staffed by officers of Railways, civil administration and officers of Railways Police (GRP) Jammu, he said.
Singh said the stranded pilgrims and passengers requiring assistance can visit Help Desk in person or contact dedicated landline number (0191) 2955351.
