JAMMU, Dec 4: An impactful and insightful session on “Career, Cash flow & Conscious Living: A Practical Guide to a Life Lived Well” organized for Management and Commerce students was held at Dogra Degree College (DDC) here today.
The distinguished resource person for the session was CA Ritesh Gupta, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over two decades of professional and academic experience.
The session commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by the welcome address.
During his session, the esteemed speaker, CA Ritesh Gupta, shared profound perspectives on conscious living, Career and personal responsibility, encouraging students to understand that one is 100% responsible for their life and growth, with no room for excuses.
He elaborated on the importance of balancing the limbic system and the Prefrontal Cortex (PFC), a crucial psychological and neurological balance essential for decision-making and emotional stability.
Gupta also highlighted the value of emotional intelligence and guided students on how to say ‘no’ gracefully and respectfully, while also emphasizing the importance of practicing gratitude toward individuals who add value to our lives.
He encouraged students to build skills that enhance their relevance and contribute meaningfully to their personal and professional journey.
Dr Samar Dev Singh Charak, secretary, Dogra Educational Trust, extended his best wishes and appreciated the initiative for its relevance in shaping the future readiness of students.
The event concluded with a presentation of a memento and Certificate of Appreciation to the resource person by Dr Bela Thakur, principal, DDC, as a gesture of gratitude and recognition.
