SRINAGAR, July 15: Qaiser Ganai, an elected member of the District Development Council (DDC) from Khimber block of Srinagar, along with his supporters and workers joined Apni Party (AP) on Friday. He was earlier associated with the National Conference (NC).
Apni Party president, Syed Mohd Altaf Bukhari greeted the new entrants at a function at the party’s headquarters in Srinagar.
On the occasion, Bukhari said, “I wholeheartedly welcome you into the party fold. I feel delighted to see young and energetic people joining the Apni Party. This indicates that the youth are very much aligned with the policies and the agenda of the party. I also assure you that the party’s leadership will always stand by you when you are out there to serve the masses in your respective areas,” he added.
