KATHUA, Dec 23: Deputy Commissioner Rohit Khajuria paid surprise visit to Municipal Committee and found staff and officers absent after the opening time.
ADC Rashpal Singh and ACR Jatinder Misra also accompanied the DC.
DC took serious note of late comers staff and warned of action against them if found irregular in future. He also took serious note of the dirty look of Committee premises.
He also visited Nagri road and main chowk Kathua and asked the CEO Municipal Committee to shift the vendors at vegetable market and clear the encroachments from court road and Main Chowk area.
