RAJOURI, Mar 21: Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan today placed a Junior Engineer (JE) of the PW(R&B) Department under suspension.
The action was taken by the DC against the JE Danish Mirza placed in R&B Rajouri for non-performance. He has been entrusted with the job of completion of approach road to Govt Medical College Rajouri by deploying men and machinery round the clock (double shift), but the official has failed to achieve the target set so far.
Pending inquiry, the JE Mirza under suspension shall remain attached to the office of AEE, PWD (R&B) Sunderbani. Executive Engineer (R&B) Rajouri has been directed to place another JE in his place.
