KUPWARA, Feb 28: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, today chaired a review meeting to assess progress under the District CAPEX Budget 2025–26.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed physical and financial achievements, directed strict adherence to timelines, and emphasized quality standards in execution.
He instructed departments to strengthen monitoring, ensure transparency, and coordinate effectively to overcome bottlenecks.
Detailed discussions were held regarding physical and financial progress made by different departments like PWD, Health, Education, Youth Services and Sports, PDD, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Agriculture etc.
The DC also reviewed progress made under SASCI works as well as ongoing projects of Department of Archives, Archaeology & Museums.
The meeting was attended by CPO, SE PWD, SE Hydraulics, ACD, concerned Executive Engineers as well as district officers.
