JAMMU, May 24: In view of the improved weather conditions and on the request of some CBSE schools and the Central Body of Private Schools Association, DC Jammu Simrandeep Singh has permitted the desirous schools to re-open on May 25 and 26 from 7:30 am to 11:30 am.
The order will however apply from standard 6th onwards and the lower classes will continue to remain closed.
The relaxation has been permitted on account of the requests made by these schools to conduct some essential evaluations and pre-vacation briefings.
