JAMMU, Sept 5: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur has directed Registry to strictly follow the circular issued with regard to listing of contempt petitions.
“The Registry shall post the contempt matters before the same bench, who passed the order”, DB said, adding “if one of the two Judges is available, it should be seen as part of the same Bench. In case, both the Judges are not available then the contempt petition shall be put before the Chief Justice”.
