DB’s directive on transfer of complex to judiciary

JAMMU, May 27: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and Justice B S today directed the State Government to issue the appropriate orders for transferring the old Deputy Commissioner’s office complex Kishtwar to the judiciary in consultation with the Registrar General of the State High Court.
The Division Bench further directed that on shifting of Deputy Commissioner’s Complex to new complex, it shall be ensured that the old complex is not used for any other purpose except providing space to the judiciary.
The direction was issued in a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Bar Association Kishtwar through its President, I A Hamal.
