JAMMU, July 12: In a letter turned PIL seeking compensation for the victims of mine blasts of LoC, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan today granted last opportunity of four weeks to the Deputy Commissioner Poonch for filing status report.
After hearing petitioner Advocate Deepika Singh Rajawat in person, DB observed, “the response of the respondents is still awaited. A request for further time has been made”, adding “Deputy Commissioner, Poonch is granted four weeks last opportunity to file the status report”.
