JAMMU, Aug 8: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has designated the Civil Secretariat Treasury as the Cyber Treasury for implementing the SNA-SPARSH framework under Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
As per an order issued by the Finance Department, the Cyber Treasury will act as the nodal agency for compiling and projecting daily liabilities, making payments, and ensuring real-time validation and reconciliation of transactions through the RBI’s e-Kuber platform and the Public Financial Management System.
It will also coordinate with RBI and treasuries for claim settlements, process scheme-linked disbursements, and handle all related claims submitted by treasuries under the SNA-SPARSH model.
