UDHAMPUR, Jan 30: Cyber Cell of District Police Udhampur recovered and successfully refunded an amount of Rs 2,09,098/- in eight different complaints of financial frauds.
Acting on the basis of complaints, a team of Cyber Cell DPO Udhampur swung into action and initiated the process for reversal and recovery of the duped amount. As a result, the amount of Rs 2,09,098/- of the total defrauded amount was recovered and credited to the victims’ accounts.
Udhampur Police have once again urged the general public to remain extra vigilant and report promptly to the National Helpline number 1930 or Cyber Cell Udhampur helpline number 9103996429 if any suspicious call is noticed.
