JAMMU, Sept 8: Cyber cell DPO Jammu has successfully recovered an amount of Rs.7,62,603 from fraudsters in separate cyber crime complaints. The cheat used to deceive the people by adopting different tactics regarding online trading and investment and extract money from victims.
In two complaints the complainant invested in trading through telegram page and in other complaint the complainant lost money through a fake Gaming App.
In this regard the complainants approached cyber cell Jammu stating they were being fraudulently cheated, taking the cognizance of matter the cyber cell Jammu took no time to start the investigations and through its dedicated skilled human resource which was put to task and in no time the lost amount of Rs.7,62,603 was recovered from the fraudsters.
