CWF meets MLA

JAMMU, July 24: Citizens Welfare Forum (CWF), Durga Nagar delegation led by its president BL Raina met MLA Bharat Bhushan and apprised him about the problems being faced by them including poor water supply.
While speaking, Raina said that the despite 100 per cent metering, there is poor power supply in Block D of the Durga Nagar. He demanded upgradation of the existing transformer.
MLA assured the delegation for upgrading the existing the 250 KVA under capacity transformer to 400 KVA.
Later, in a meeting, CWA president, AK Kothidar, convener, Raj Nath Raina, general secretary, SD Jamwal, Yashpal Singh and Anil Gupta urged the PDD Chief Engineer to personally intervene in the matter for early redressal. They also urged the JMC Administration to instruct the ward officers to undertake cleanliness work uniformly.
