SRINAGAR, May 11: Chief Secretary Madhav Lal today interacted with the Junior KAS probationers 2010 presently at Srinagar in connection with State Darshan at Institute of Management and Public Administration (IMPA).
While interacting with the probationers, the Chief Secretary asked them to acquaint themselves with latest administrative skills and have a human approach while dealing with people. He told them to have a pro-active approach for serving the community as the people have great expectations from them.
The tour organized is a part of foundation/training course of Junior KAS probationers of batch 2010.
On the occasion, the Director General, Institute of Management and Public Administration Pramod Jain, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad, Joint Director, IMPA, Sunita Anand, Gulam Rasool Kumar, DD(K), Course Coordinators of both the groups, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Khan and Dr. Sunita Zalpuri and other faculty members of the Institute were also present.
