Crucial Unlock-4.0 raises queries

NEW DELHI, Sept 4:
The ongoing Nationwide Unlock 4.0, effective from September 1, seems ‘more crucial’ than the previous threes with the task of achieving three main targets-resumption of Delhi Metro Railway services, reconvening of Budget Session of Parliament and relief to citizens by allowing all sorts of gathering -social, religious and also political- by limiting these to 100 people-while maintaining strict social distancing norms.
While the first two-Delhi Metro Railway services and the Monsoon Session of Parliament-scheduled to start from September 7 and September 14 respectively, will ensure comfort to commuters in the National Capital and ‘strengthen’ country’s Parliamentary practice braving the Covid-19, the nod to political gatherings, besides social and religious, will be beneficial for the two upcoming Assembly elections in country- the Bihar Assembly Elections in November and the Bengal Assembly polls in April-May,2021. According to official sources, the Centre is according priority to a ‘week-long vigil’ since the commencement of the Unlock4.0 with regard to the all the three ‘main tasks’ under it to check social distancing before starting another. Informatively, while the Delhi Metro Railway and the Parliament session are being arranged with a one week gap, gatherings across country-from September 21- will also adhere to the ‘one-week-norm.
