JAMMU, Oct 20: A local court on Monday has rejected the bail of a drug kingpin for the fourth time.
During investigation of a case FIR number 23/2025 registered under sections 8/20/29/27-A of the NDPS Act at Police Station GRP Jammu, one Dinesh Kumar of Ward number 5, Rampur, Shamchand, Vaishali, Bihar, was arrested, whose involvement figured in hatching a conspiracy of smuggling Ganja from Bihar to Jammu, a GRP official said.
The accused was also involved in case FIR number 231/2018 under sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bahu Fort, he said.
He was presented before a court here, where his bail was rejected for the fourth time, the GRP official said.
He said that the GRP Jammu has also succeeded in collecting all the relevant evidences on scientific basis and will be presenting them before the judge.
