JAMMU, Sept 11: Principal District Judge, Jammu has issued summons to proprietor of M/S Shivam Medicos, Main Bazar, Ghou Manhasan Jammu, in the matter of recovery of bank loan of Rs 40,416.
The petitioner, State bank of India (SBI) has filed the recovery suit through its counsel, Advocate Sumeet Bhatia.
The proclamation, issued by Principal District Judge Sanjay Parihar, asks the respondent Raghveer Chander, proprietor of M/s Shivam Medicos, to attend the court in person or through Advocate to contest the case on July 22, 2024, failing which the case shall be heard in absence in accordance with law.
