JAMMU, Dec 7: Counselling session of more than 30 cases was conducted in Police Station Women Cell here today.
As per police spokesman, a counselling session was organised for the legal help and professional counselling in Police Station Women Cell Jammu.
The session was chaired by chairman DLSA Yayia Firdaus (Sub Judge), while expert counsellors Senior Advocates Anita Tickoo and Deepali Arora were also present.
SP City North Mohita Sharma, SrPO DPO Puja Nijhon, DySP Headquarters Swati Sharma, SHO Police Station Women Cell Inspector Anita Katal along with other police officers and officials were also present on the occasion.
Dignitaries addressed to the problems of the masses and tried to sort maximum on the spot.
In total, counselling session of more than 30 cases was conducted, during which patient hearing of both the parties was done by qualified counsellors along with police officers and officials in presence Chairman DLSA Yayia Firdaus (Sub Judge).
More than 60 per cent of the complaints listed were disposed off on the spot and rest were given another date for further counselling sessions.
