NEW DELHI: Public gathering during the retreat ceremony at Attari-Wagah border has been put on hold in view of the Corona Virus outbreak, sources in the Border Security Force (BSF) said here on Friday.
However, the BSF troopers will continue to perform the retreat ceremony which will be conducted without the spectators.
As the guidelines by the government advised avoiding congregations, spectators and visitors to the ceremony will not be entertained.
The ceremony at Attari-Wagah border witnesses about 20,000 to 25,000 spectators that has been put on hold in view of the COVID-19 outbreak. (AGENCIES)
