UDHAMPUR, Dec 24: In a tragic incident, owner of Sanjeev Construction Company died when an iron pipe fell on his head while overseeing work at under- construction building of Government Medical College Udhampur, here today.
According to the police report, Sanjeev Sharma (50), son of Om Prakash, resident of Channi Jammu and proprietor of Sanjeev Construction Company was standing on ground in GMC under construction building Udhampur when an iron pipe suddenly fell on his head. Workers and others immediately took Sanjeev Sharma to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Udhampur Police have registered a case in this regard for further investigation.
