Wani welcomes new entrants into party

JAMMU, Feb 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) president Vikar Rasool Wani today welcomed new political and social activists of Poonch district into the Congress Party.
Wani termed the new joining an outcome of Congress Party’s pro- people policies while appealing people to come forward to support Congress in its endeavour to seek redressal of people grievances.
JKPCC president welcomed new young political activists led by Ch Parvaiz Ahmed Nazami prominent social activists of district Poonch into Congress, hoping that the new entrants will work hard to further strengthen the Party in their respective areas and serve people to the best of their abilities.
Flanked by former minister Yogesh Sawhney, general secretary (Org) Nariender Gupta, Chairman Social Media Jatin K Raina, I/C PYC Hqs Ricky Dalotra, vice president Jammu Urban Farooq Salaria, Varinder Manhas and others Wani said with this the party will be strengthened.
Talking to media on the sidelines of the function, Wani expressed his appreciation towards the new members for choosing to join the Congress Party, highlighting the party’s commitment to serving the people and working towards addressing their needs and concerns. He emphasized the importance of people coming together to support the Congress Party in its efforts to bring about positive change and progress in Jammu and Kashmir.
The JKPCC president encouraged the new members to actively engage with their communities, listen to their concerns, and work towards finding solutions to improve the lives of the people in Poonch district. He praised the dedication and passion of the new activists, expressing confidence in their ability to make a meaningful impact within the Party and in the broader community.
Wani underscored the importance of unity and solidarity within the Congress Party, highlighting the strength that comes from individuals coming together to work towards a common goal. He reiterated the Party’s commitment to upholding the values of democracy, justice and equality, and called on all supporters to join hands in building a better future for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
