KATHUA, Dec 18: Former president Beopar Mandal Kathua and Kathua district general secretary Congress, Kasturi Lal who had met a road accident at Chadwal four days back breathed his last at CMC Ludhiana late last night.
His body was brought to his native town Kathua this morning and a large number of people including senior Congress leaders from Jammu and Kathua and members of Beopar Mandal attended his funeral procession.
The cremation was conducted after postmortem at district Hospital Kathua.
