SAMBA, Jan 19: In a heartening initiative to promote education, Camlin Kokuyo, a leading stationery brand, donated essential stationery kits to the students of Government Middle School, Bri Kamila, in District Samba. The initiative was carried out with the support of Sanvedna Aur Samvardhan Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing education and empowering rural communities.
The event, which took place at the school, also saw the donation of a computer to bridge the digital resource gap in this remote area. With limited infrastructure, the school had struggled with a shortage of essential educational resources, and this gesture is expected to have a transformative impact on the learning experience of both students and teachers.
Ashi Chauhan, Director of Sanvedna Aur Samvardhan Foundation and Utkansh Singh Slathia, a dedicated volunteer, were present at the event to distribute the stationery kits. Their presence brought joy and enthusiasm to the students, who were excited to receive the much-needed supplies.
She emphasized, “Every child deserves access to quality education and the necessary tools to succeed. We are grateful to Camlin Kokuyo for their support in making this a reality for these students.” The local school authorities and administration expressed their sincere gratitude for the donations, which will significantly enhance the educational environment.
