Commonman’s grievances

Sir,
Governments are there to assuage the wounds of the public, when their basic needs like food, clothing and shelter are not adequately met. When the working of the Government proves faulty, the people are forced to raise their voice and demands through provocative ways. In this perspective, the working of the present dispensation has not remained sound and satisfactory. The overall situation seems to be dismal and unsatisfactory. Take the case of roads, the biggest means of connectvity, is in a sorry state of affairs. Since long time back, they have not been black topped and are a source of permanent trouble to vehicles as well as pedestrians.
There are pits every where, both in urban and rural roads. The educational setup  in schools and colleges is dismal as expressed by students of  GDC’s of Reasi and Udhampur where students had to come on raods for their demands of providing sufficient staff. Unemployment problem is there and there seems to be no immediate solution  in the offing. The unscheduled power cuts have also  added to the woes of the people in present sultry weather, the rising prices have made life miserable for the poor. Rice, Sugar and K oil are not available in ration depots. So it is urged upon the authorities and the concerned to come out of their comfort zones and mitigate the  peoples problems.
Yours etc…
