Committee formed for Sgr Master Plan 2035

SRINAGAR, June 17: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has constituted a committee to undertake a short-term review of the Srinagar Master Plan 2035.
According to a Government order issued today, the Committee will be chaired by the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, and includes key administrative and planning officials to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to the review process.
The members of the committee are Commissioner of Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Deputy Commissioner of Srinagar, Vice Chairman of J&K Lake Conservation and Management Authority, Chief Town Planner of Town Planning Organization Kashmir and a representative from the Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, not below the rank of Additional Secretary.
Vice Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority, will also function as the member secretary of the Committee.
