JAMMU, Apr 28: Government has accorded sanction to the constitution of a Committee for implementation of the development package for agriculture and rural activities in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the order, Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Department will be the Convenor of the Committee, while Administrative Secretary Horticulture Department, Administrative Secretary Horticulture Department, Administrative Secretary, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, representative of Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India, representative of Department of Financial Services Government of India, representative of NABARD, representative of Finance Department not below the rank of Additional Secretary and representative of SLBC will be its members. Additional Secretary Horticulture Department will be the Member Secretary of the Committee.
