Coalition Govt’s schemes fail to give expected results: Gupta

JAMMU, Dec 10: Independent candidate from Jammu West constituency, Sanjay Gupta today said that the people of Jammu West constituency have been neglected in every field by successive MLAs and present Coalition Government sponsored schemes failed to yield expected results due to mal-administration and corruption at grass root level.
He was speaking while interacting with the people during his door- to- door campaign in Jammu West localities and sought support of the people in the Assembly elections.
Gupta said that for the last many years he is serving the people of the Jammu West without any selfish motive and if he is elected he will serve them with more dedication.
Maintaining that he wants to project Jammu West as a model constituency, he promised that in his vision for Jammu West, basic requirements of public are kept in view. Gupta also stated that the basic problems being faced by the residents of the area will be solved and will be taken up with the concerned authorities.
Accompanied by his supporters, Sanjay visited Talab Tillo, Gole Gujral, Bhagwati Nagar, and other adjoining areas and appealed the public to vote in his favour.
A large number of people including residents of the areas, youth, women and social activists also accompanied Sanjay Gupta in his campaign. Besides his campaign in the area, Gupta also listened to the grievances of the public and interacted with cross sections of the people at Krishna Nagar, Canal Road and other adjoining areas of the constituency.
