JAMMU, Feb 5: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today tabled “The Jammu and Kashmir Anand Marriage Registration Rules, 2023” as required under Section 6(4) of the Anand Marriage Act, 1909 (Central Act.7 of 1909).
