I would like to request the Chief Minister J&K State to Club KAS-2014 posts with KAS-2015 for direct recruitment through Combined Competitive Examination. It is a well known fact that no such examination could be conducted by the PSC in the year 2014 due to various natural and administrative reasons. The examination which was to be held and completed in the year 2014 was postponed many times. Now, it is tale end of year 2015 and the PSC has decided to conduct the preliminary part of year 2014 in ending August 2015 when the fresh advertisement of this year is already overdue. If the examination is held and fresh advertisement is also issued it will create confusion among the applicants. As the Govt has opted for “Fast Track Recruitment’ so the same approach should also be applicable to this KAS Examination also. In order to make healthy competition and to do justice with the unemployed it is requested that this complicacy may kindly be removed and the present Civil Services Examination August 2015 be postponed and all previous and present vacancies may kindly be clubed and re-advertised as meant for year 2015 as the chapter of 2014 is over now. The unemployed who have already suffered due to increase in retirement age of Govt employees are again in trouble. So please take this justified decision for your own sons of the soil.
