SRINAGAR, May 24: Congress Legislature Party (CLP) today chalked out strategy for the Budget Session being commenced tomorrow.
A meeting of CLP was held under the chairmanship of J&K Pradesh Congress Committee chief GA Mir in Srinagar today.
The CLP chalked out the strategy for the Budget Session in order to make the Government answerable, accountable and responsive to the issues concerning people in the State.
The Party shall highlight the failures of the Govt in both Upper House and Lower House and will make the Government responsive to the urgent issues of public importance.
It was also resolved that the Party shall corner the Government on the issues of ration, electricity and other developmental issues and expose its failures and make it answerable to the needs of the people. The Party shall make the Govt responsive to other needs of the people in the State.
All MLAs and MLCs including CLP Leader Rigzin Jora and Leader of the Upper House Jugal Kishore attended the meeting.
