Clerical staff raises issues, frames Udhampur unit

JAMMU, Feb 16: A general body meeting of the representatives of Jammu and Kashmir All Department Clerical Staff Association, district Udhampur was held today wherein issues of the employees were discussed.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of BH Malik and several senior members and trade Unionists including Sewa Ram Rathore and Naresh Kumar were present. During the meeting new office bearers of the Association were elected.
Abhisheik Gupta was unanimously elected as president, Sheetal Seth as vice president, Sunil Dutt as general secretary, Sukchain Choudhary as secretary, Narinder Nidhi as publicity secretary and Rajesh Dogra as advisor of the Association.
The newly elected president requested all the newly elected members of the Association to work with honesty and dedication for the welfare of the Clerical cadre employees and redressal of other grievances of the employees.
All the representatives appealed to the Lieutenant Governor and Chief Minister to implement the landmark judgment of the CAT Double Bench vide TA No 861 of 2020 dated 4-10-2024 and DPC, with regard to restoration of two additional increments on clearing Secretariat Assistant Course (SAC) which has been stopped vide SRO-333 regarding pay anomalies of Clerical cadre.
