Srinagar, May 20: Chief Justice of J&K and Ladakh UT has approved promotion of various officers of High Court after recommendations of the committee.
In this connection Registrar General Shahzad Azeem issued an order whereby Asif Iqbal Mahajan presently Joint Registrar cum Bench Secy has been temporarily promoted as Addl Registrar against available vacancy.
Zulfi Javed and Hilal Yousuf Bench Secretaries have been promoted to the post of Joint Registrars against the vacancies caused due to retirement and promotion of Joginder Singh and Asif Mahajan.
Likewise, Khurshid Ahmad Wani and Rakeema Zahoor holding posts of readers have been temporarily promoted and posted as bench secretaries against available vacancies.
All the promoted officers have been asked to work at their present place of postings till further orders.
