JAMMU, Jan 8: Social Activist and Chairman Samvedna Society, Keshav Chopra here today organized a special programme to distribute Ayushman Bharat Cards, ABHA Health IDs, Ration Cards and Voter Cards among the local residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Chopra expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Union Government for its visionary and people-centric policies dedicated to strengthening social welfare and public service delivery.
He said: “The Ayushman Bharat Scheme and the ABHA Health ID have truly revolutionized healthcare access across the nation.”
Chopra elaborated the importance of Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) Card, which allows individuals to securely store and access their digital health records thereby promoting a seamless and paperless healthcare ecosystem and contributing to a digitally empowered India.
Extending special thanks to the Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department and her team, Chopra lauded their efficient and people-friendly approach in facilitating the issuance of ration cards.
Anju, Manoj Tandon, Divyansh Gupta, Abhishek Gupta, Sourav Gupta, Vikas Kumar and many others were also present on the occasion.
