BEIJING, Dec 17: China is ready to maintain close contacts with Russia and the United States on international affairs, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui told Sputnik.
“We are ready to maintain close contacts with Russia, the United States and other countries on international affairs. Chinese President Xi Jinping, during a meeting with US President Donald Trump in Busan, pointed out that China and the United States, as major powers, can jointly demonstrate their responsibility and work together to achieve important, practical and useful goals for both countries and the whole world,” the ambassador said.
