MOSCOW, April 6 : China has notified Russia of its readiness to extend the visa-free regime for Russian citizens for one year, the Izvestia newspaper reported citing a source at the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“Our partners have already notified us of their readiness to extend the visa-free regime for Russian citizens for another year. We are working with them to develop modalities for maintaining mutual travel arrangements,” the ministry told the newspaper.
It is noted that in this case, the visa-free regime will remain in effect until mid-September 2027. (UNI)
