JAMMU, May 26: Subash Chander Chhibber, Additional Secretary to the Government, has been nominated as the First Appellate Authority for General Administration Department in pursuance of Section 16 of the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act 2009, with immediate effect.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the GAD.
