Raj Kumar Chaudhary, the former Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the NHPC Limited, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) for UT of Jammu & Kashmir and UT of Ladakh.
