JAMMU, Jan 22: Special Judge NIA Jammu Sunit Gupta today formally framed charges against Fayaz Ahmad Magray, Nisar Ahmad Tantray, Syed Hilal Andrabia and Irshad Ahmad Reshi in Lethpora CRPF camp attack case.
After hearing both the sides, the court farmed charges under Sections 120-B read with the offences under Sections 121, 121-A,122, 123,302,307, 325 RPC and Sections 18,19,20,39 UA(P) Act against Fayaz Ahmad Magray, Nisar Ahmad Tantray, Syed Hilal Andrabia and Irshad Ahmad Reshi.
