Central Bank of India donates 50 bed-sheets to PGIMER

JAMMU, Nov 28: In a significant gesture of community support, Central Bank of India, Zonal Office, Chandigarh, donated 50 bed-sheets to PGIMER for use in its voluntary blood donation camps.
This contribution will help ensure hygienic and smooth operations during the camps organized by the Department of Transfusion Medicine.
The donation was handed over by T.C Meena, Deputy Zonal Head, Central Bank of India to Dr. Suchet Sachdeva, Senior Medical Officer, in the presence of Dr. Sangeeta and staff from both the hospital and the bank.
This contribution is in line with the Bank’s long-standing commitment to community development and social welfare.
A handout stated that by donating the bed-sheets, Central Bank of India continues to reinforce its legacy of supporting initiatives that have a direct positive impact on public health.
T.C Meena emphasized the Bank’s dedication to contributing to such noble causes and assured ongoing support for similar initiatives.
